How
do I update the BIOS on the 11XLP2
To update the BIOS on the 11XLP2 to the newest version, follow this
procedure
1. With the system turned off, set switches 1 and 2 under the keyboard
to the On position.
2. Download the BIOS update file from the 11XLP2
download page.
3. Run the downloaded executable to extract the files in the archive.
4. Boot up from a system disk. Make certain that no memory manager
was loaded.
5. From the directory where the extracted files are located, execute
the program.
6. The flash program will start to load the file. After it is loaded,
press Enter to start.
7. Make certain that the program is not interrupted for any reason.
Restart the computer when prompted.

Why Does the system freeze up when I insert a PCMCIA card in Windows
95?
If you do not get a response in Windows 95 when you insert a PCMCIA
card, or if the system freezes up, please follow these steps:
1. Insert the Drivers and Utilities CD into the CD-ROM drive.
2. From the d:\pcmcia\win95 directory, copy cbss.vxd and pccard.vxd
to c:\windows\system.
3. From the d:\pcmcia\win95 directory, copy pcmcia.inf to c:\windows\inf.
4. Restart Windows 95.
